+This is a very nice and clean family owned. We stay here whenever we are in the area, which is often. You won't find a cleaner room anywhere. With the upgrades they have done, you have plenty of charging spots.

“A wonderfully clean, comfortable, and convenient stay that exceeded my expectations..I would absolutely stay here again!”
+I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Scottish Inn in Okeechobee. While the property may look a little older from the outside, don’t let that fool you..the room I stayed in was immaculate. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The sheets were fresh, clean, and very comfortable, and the shower was beautiful and spotless. I was genuinely impressed by how well the room was cared for. The room also had everything I could possibly need, whether just passing through or staying for a few days..a refrigerator, microwave, table, vanity, TV, and plenty of space to settle in comfortably. One small detail that really stood out to me was the luggage rack. It may seem like a simple thing, but it was such a thoughtful touch and something you often expect to find in a more expensive hotel. The location is another huge plus. It’s very centrally located, with restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Home Depot, Walmart, and just about anything else you might need only a short distance away. That made the stay especially convenient. Most importantly, the entire room just felt CLEAN, and that matters tremendously to me when I’m traveling. I felt comfortable from the moment I walk
−Because this sight is asking for this, it really isn’t a big deal .. The only minor inconvenience was exiting the property when wanting to head toward Lake Okeechobee. You have to drive a short distance down the road and make a U-turn to head back in the opposite direction. The turnaround is very close, though, so it really wasn’t a big inconvenience at all.

+We have stayed here several times. Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Any time there is a problem they are right there to help and fix anything that may be wrong. We will be staying there again in the near future.
−There isn’t anything that I can think of that I didn’t like. I being 5’11” I find the beds a little high and hard to get into but I have learned to bring a small stool with me when staying there, just need to adjust.

“Nice little stop over point”
