“Great cozy suite to relax and enjoy the coast and Newport city.”
+I liked the fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. The suite itself was incredibly cozy and comfortable. Really liked the beach access and fire place, and large bathtub with jets.
−Depending on how cold it would be outside it might have been nice to have extra blankets.

“Beautiful property and amenities. We will be back”
+The condo was cozy and cute and had all the amenities. The website stated that the kitchen did not have a range so we came prepared but, it had a full range and a dishwasher!! The access to the fire pit was amazing as well. And I loved that they had a sheet in our welcome packet that we could note any maintenance concerns we saw.
−We had some minor issues with the flooring next to the back door. The king bed was also VERY firm and for a unit that could sleep 6 there was only enough living room seating for 3 people comfortably, one of us ended up sitting on the floor.
