+It was so quaint and comfortable. I loved the fact that the owner is looking forward to making it a full pet friendly place

−Considering the low cost of the accommodation, I understand that some things may not be of the highest quality. However, the bath towels were very old, yellowed, and worn out, which made me feel uncomfortable using them. I think it would be a good idea to replace them with new ones. Other than that, I think everything else was reasonably acceptable for the price.

“Scenic Inn”
+The front desk clerk was friendly and courteous, and even offered to bring up bags for us. The upstairs rooms have a wonderfu shared balcony with tables and chairs: a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.
−- The room was VERY dusty. Seemed like the room hadn't been occupied in quite a while. - The in- room refrigerator was unplugged and there was quite a bit of water in the freezer that had to be soaked up with a towel before putting any of our items in it. - The drain plug for the bathtub didn't work (tub wouldn't hold water for a bath).

“Been there, done that.”
+Liked the location in the middle of town, had a great meal at the local Mexican restaurant. Great local laundromat.
−No coffee in the lobby. After we left, I realized I left my pup’s cooling blanket on the bed. I called the owner and he said he would call me back in 30 minutes to get my info to send it back. I offered to pay him well for his time to mail it back. He never called and never acknowledged texts. He said he just bought the inn. He’s got a lot to learn as far as customer service.

“There are probably better places for the value”
+Cute.
−Right on a busy stretch of road and you could hear every car coming down. The bathroom was very small and oddly spaced. Also the doors squeaked and the floors creaked so all noises were amplified.

“Great location to start your visit to the Scenic area of the White Mountains.”
+The location was right off the main thoroughfare into Conway, the new owner was very pleasant, the facilities were clean and the room had nice features.
−I don’t think it would be fair to say anything bad if I had really seen anything because the new owner had only been in place for one week when we arrived. I imagine there are upgrades that he will want to make but still nothing glaring about the facility that would make me not recommend it.

−There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, having an actual key to unlock hotel room was different
