“Perfect location for my Birthday Trip!”
+Great location, close to al restaurants, the lake, the Ponderosa State Park and other activities. Friendly, helpful staff. Coffee in the lobby with snacks. Large refrigerator in the room. We booked the deluxe King room. It was very spacious. Above ground hot tub , cold plunge and sauna - a nice touch.
−There was no place to put your clothes. There were some hooks on the wall however no dresser or a place to empty your suitcase. Also the Wi-Fi was very weak. The manager did say it was a bit spotty. I could not get an email to go out from my laptop or could not use my social media. My email worked however could not send anything. We could get all on our phones.

−Air conditioner unit was so loud we had to keep it off! Room became stuffy all night.

“Not 5 star hotel”
+Superficially it’s a very cute hotel however it was dirty. What really got me to get this place in the first place was the amenities and the pictures made it seem very clean. We got there exhausted hoping to come into a clean room however immediately we noticed the bedding had these weird black stains where maybe when they made the bed, they put something on it before they left and it accidentally stained the top. We let that go because mistakes happen, however, then we lifted the bedding blankets we found hair on the bed. So to our eyes it seemed like they never changed the bedding. We went to go ask for new bedding and they gave it to us. The girl that helped grabbed new bedding said she would change it but we were so tired we just didn’t want to deal with it so we told her we would do it instead. So we changed the bedding and that was that. I did want to use the amenities but then I freaked myself out that they don’t clean the jacuzzi, cold plunge, or sauna so to that I could have been wrong. THEN after I decided to shower and once again superficially clean but then I went into the shower and I noticed the bottom corners had that pink biofilm that i know doesn’t build up overnig

“Loved It, mostly.”
+The property grounds were so pretty. They did a very good job with the small patch of land they have. Also the rooms were so cute and clean.
−All the lights in the room at night from the ac, air purifier, tv, etc... Also the hum/growl of the ac unit all night. I could not sleep well.

“We loved every minute and would stay there again!”
+Room was delightful. Extremely clean. Easy walk to all the downtown activities. Warm & quaint. Beds were great.

“Not worth the high price”
−Thin towels & torn, stains on sheets, no Kleenex, shower rust spots in corners. shower not level so hard for doors to stay closed, water pressure not good & huge grap under main door for light, dirt and smoke to come in. NEighbors were so noisy could hear every step on floor they took next door to us.
