“Shame on you to this Host and Booking”
+The host messaged me right as I was taking off on my flight there from Sicily to Naples that the price I booked wasn't accurate and that I'd have to pay 50 euros if I wanted a different room, that this booking is not going to work. I said to please cancel if they need to and issue a refund. I was on a plane and won't have access. I was left stranded, nowhere to go (no check-in instructions) when landed late at night and had to scramble to find an accomodation. I paid more for it and this host still hasn't refunded me. Booking is also refusing to refund me as I reached out after check-out. I landed after midnight and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. That realistically didn't leave an opportunity to reach out for a dispute to resolve as my first priority was to find a safe place as the airport even closed. I am a solo female traveler that was stranded outside Naples airport late night/early morning, had to book a last minute place with phone dying and no airport facilities to use. The host refusing to answer and Booking taking no responsibility either.

“Wrong experience”

−There was a mistake on the price, of course he asked me more , I chose to cancel the booking. Nothing wrong. Except he didn't do the cancellation and left le with cancellation fees that I had to fight for with costumer service. Beware, he overcharges shuttle to airport. And 50€ the night is far too much for just a room in a flat in this area. Just stay near Napoli Centrale, shuttles are fast and rooms better for price

+Otherwise, the place was clean,
−Breakfast was included in my booking and paid for, but it was not provided. When I asked about it, I was told they would check. The next morning, when breakfast was supposed to be served, nobody responded. They only replied after I had checked out. Once I showed proof that breakfast was paid for, they stopped responding. it wasn’t quiet. The guest in the next room had lost his keys and spent half the night walking around, keeping me awake until someone finally opened his room for him.

“No stay…”
−Paid and contacted by owner that the rate was wrong! Wanted to€50 to check in. Couldn’t cancel on my end so he said he would. Didn’t happen!..Said wasn’t a hostel, but a hotel…WHY???

“Escroquerie !”
−Cet hôte est un escroc ! A peine venais je de voir sa chambre disponible sur le site, réserver et payer, il m'a immédiatement contacté pour que j'annule ma réservation, sans explication claire, ce qui ne me paraissait pas juste car pas de mon fait et de plus, ma réservationi était non remboursable. Après beaucoup d'insistance, il m'a dit avoir procédé à l'annulation de son côté et avoir demandé mon remboursement intégral ce qui est faux. Une procédure est en cours avec Booking.
