−**Subject:** Refund Request - Sass Apartment (Host Unreachable, Check-in Not Possible) Dear Sir or Madam, I have been booking my accommodations through Booking.com for many years. I live in Switzerland, and on **Friday evening around 8:00 PM**, I booked a room for one night at **Sass Apartment** through your platform. I immediately received a confirmation email. According to the information on your website, the property is open until **10:00 PM**, and check-in should be made approximately half an hour before that. However, we started calling the host at **9:40 PM** - **more than twelve times**, using both local and international numbers - but could not reach anyone. The host did **not return our calls**, neither that night nor

−?🤔 so gesehen nichts...
