“Nice staff. Noisy hotel.”
+The staff were nice and friendly. The location was good and it was very clean, and the heater in the room and cacao leaves were a nice touch :-).
−The bed for me was way too firm, the pillows were a bit flat, and it was super noisy so for me it was hard to sleep. Also, the shower was very temperamental so I was either freezing or scalding. Breakfast was okay, but I didn’t bother going back a second day as there was not much I could eat (I don’t eat dairy or gluten which is my own fault!). Also my TV didn’t work which wasn’t a big deal. The noise and bed for me thought was really what killed the enjoyment of my stay.

+Very good location for activity pick ups in the morning, sparkling clean and great amenities
−Our room 102 was 3m from the reception and therefore we could here everything happening at the reception and every guest passing by

+The room was very beautiful, a lot of space, the balcony very nice, the beds super comfortable, there is shampoo, soap and conditioner. The staff super friendly, nice and helpful all time.
−There was a very strong smell from the shower, they tried to repair it with some product but the next day was still there even more. Maybe was a coincidence that in that room there was a problem with the water pipes.

+The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade as they had availability, and also allowed us to check out a little later. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, bright, and the perfect place to relax. Breakfast was also great! Definitely one of the best places we stayed in Cusco and the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!

−Alles bestens.
