“Basic and functional.”
+Location was brilliant. The last receptionist we met was warm and engaging.
−Staff were indifferent. Accommodation as expected was basic and functional, but carpet in room 158 was threadbare and moth-eaten - it should have been replaced perhaps five years ago! The hot buffet breakfast was tepid.

“Ideal location in a very different building”
+The location was perfect. It was great to park the car for free. The breakfast was excellent. The view of the cathedral from our room was magical and the atmosphere calm and peaceful. I’d definitely recommend
−If you like to sleep in late this may not be ideal. Breakfast is 7-9am and you can hear people in the corridor going to the breakfast room. Didn’t bother us though.

“Great building and location, basic but clean, great value”
+Stunning property and location. It’s an active ecclesiastical college that rents out its spare rooms. Facilities are basic but clean. I booked a room with shared bathroom and had no issues. Canteen style breakfast. Was great value and I would definitely stay there again.
