“Relaxed myself really”
+Beautiful heritage complex with very professional staff and a neat environment. Restaurant was of good quality, enjoyed every dish. Some names I will always remember: Arshdeep Jaspreet Pradeep Abhishek Wonderful people of the restaurant ❤️❤️
−Well, they did their best to accommodate us. Free shuttle from the airport would be a good gesture! Only thing which stuck us was that the staff wasn’t so fluent in the local Punjabi language. Would be nice if they were multilingual. Languages are assets of our society 🙏🏻

+The location
−The room that we got had the most atrocious view and for a "newer' property, the bathroom in the room felt like it was constructed 5 years ago. The staff who are assigned to clean up need more training. We found dirty linen, floor, etc.

“A beautiful heritage-style property with amazing food and old-world charm, though the staff could be a little more warm”
+The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful old-school charm and character. The building looks stunning from the outside, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained. I especially loved having a balcony, which added to the overall experience. The food was also excellent- we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and everything we tried was delicious.
−The staff could have been warmer and more welcoming, particularly in the restaurant. We had booked breakfast and dinner along with our stay. While breakfast was good, the dinner buffet had very limited options, which was a little disappointing. The restaurant was also quite quiet in the evenings, with very few guests, so it didn’t have the lively and welcoming atmosphere we were expecting. However, the food that was served was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed it.

+Great location, accessible with a heritage feel. Great Staff and attention to service.
−The facilities were hit and miss. And so was the service esp. Room Service. During our stay, one of the rooms (we had three rooms) lights went out. The elevators were no working another time. We asked for room service and cleanup which took too long and multiple reminders. So overall was a hit and miss for us.
