“Has seen better days”
+next to an old Castle ruin. The staff was friendly. The hotel has seen better days. It would be a grat place, with more investment.

+We had a wonderful two-night stay at Apartment Sara. From the moment we arrived, the hosts and the entire team welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. Because a ground-floor room was not available to meet our initial request, they proactively communicated with us and offered an alternative room setup to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hostess was incredibly thoughtful, providing us with a hairdryer and a portable Wi-Fi device whenever we needed them. On top of that, the breakfasts served each morning were exceptional. The location is fantastic,just a few minutes' walk to the historic Kaštel Pietrapelosa. As a small suggestion, pairing a stay with free admission or a special pass to the castle would be a brilliant promotional perk that travelers would love.
−In our room, a couple of the power outlets were not working, but given how attentive the hosts are, I am confident this is an easy fix they will address promptly.

“Good vibes, superb breakfast, lovely owners and a quiet place to relax. Good value of money. Place need some renovation”
+Lovely owners who can make so good breakfast, so fresh and some homemade, products from the area. Breakfast is one of the best! The place is quite and in a central position of Istria (croatia).

−Pri príchode zamknuté dvere do penziónu, doklopali sme sa do súkromnej časti, domáci boli zaskočení našou rezerváciou, ale hneď riešili, na portáli booking.com sme jasne zadali, že cestujeme s 2 deťmi (7 a 9 rokov) a očakávali sme 4 samostatné postele, dostali sme jednu prísteľku a aj to údajne nad rámec povinností, penzión na nás pôsobil zanedbane, ale má určite väčší potenciál. Na samom vrchu penziónu bez signálu WiFi. Nakoľko sme potrebovali prespať len 1 noc, tak nakoniec za nás OK.

+Odlična lokacija, oaza mira, svjež zrak i bilo je ugodno za spavati. Predivni domaćini, hrana za večeru i doručak. Parking ispred objekta. Usluga za 10. Sve preporuke za ovu predivnu obitelj. U blizini mozete posjetiti Motovun, Grožnjan, Višnjan, Novigrad, Umag. Također je na pravcu ako putujete iz Kopra i Slovenije.
