+- Far from the center (10 min scooter ride) so it was quiet at night, no cars or scooters (but you need a scooter to get around, we would rent one anyway, so it was no problem for us) - One seafood restaurant is right next to it and the famous ice cream place too - The room and sheets were clean, kettle with coffee and tea provided - The pool area comfortable, close to the rooms. Big enough for swimming and fun, but also shallow part great for chilling and reading. - We had the hotel for ourselves, so we may be biased by the quiet nights, private pool or the late check-out that let us enjoy the pool for a bit more before catching a plane - They rent scooters in good prices - Good value for money!
−- The AC is a bit off, it would turn off and back on every 20 minutes at night (and it's loud) - The rooms/bungalows are very small and there's only 1 hanger, so basically no place to repack besides the bed - No fridge in the room

“Loved the vibe”
+We had a really good time here. We moved from a hotel in the town center, two days earlier than planned, as we prefer the atmosphere of this hotel and to be away of the busy center. The staff are friendly. The reception guys could speak English but although the kitchen staff cannot speak English, they use a translator app and managed to serve us vegetarian breakfast. The went out of their way to make sure we are happy with our breakfast. The juice was freshly made and yummy. The rooms were very comfortable and they supply you with cold/hot drinking water dispenser in the room, which is super convenient. The rooms were very spacious. We found a lovely restaurant at another hotel within walking distance for dinner, which had many vegetarian options. We did use scooters to get around, but you do need them anyways if you want to explore the island and beaches. We went snorkeling, hiking and swimming all over the island.
−The only thing that can improve is the cleanliness of the bathroom, although not a deal breaker of us. The atmosphere and ambiance of the property made up for this.! Washing around the taps and the plughole and corners of the basin with an old toothbrush can easily fix this.

“A cool place, clean and comfortable to be at.”
+A very nice unique place. Easy to reach by motorbike, that one can rent right there. The best option to enjoy the isle is to rent a motorbike. The breakfast is not the best one, but other things make it feel a great place. Recommended.

+Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers, Motorroller Verleih direkt von der Unterkunft. Der Pool war bei den Kids sehr beliebt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt aber dafür ruhig.

“Très décevant , jamais vu un tel accueil depuis plusieurs voyage au Vietnam...”
+Malheureusement pas grand chose ... Très déçu dans la globalité. Nous avions réserver pour 7 nuits , 3 chambres .. Nous étions déjà venu sur l'île en 2025 voila pourquoi nous avions réserver pour 1 semaine... Nous voyageons au Vietnam depuis plusieurs année et c'est la première fois que nous sommes autant déçu ... Les photos et la réalité sont très différentes. L'accueil est très froid. Les chambres réservés sont très petites impossible d'ouvrir les valises.. Nous avions réservé cet établissement en sachant : - Moyen de paiement en CB - qu'il était loin du centre (nous avons pris des taxis sans problème), - une piscine ( pas de transat , seulement quelque chaises... pas du tout conviviale .... DOMMAGE la piscine est très grande ) - le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris (nous le savions) mais il était mentionné sur le site de l'établissement petit dej exeptionnel (comme dans tous les établissement fréquentés nous prévoyons de payer en supplément notre petit déjeuner) Dès le premier matin on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de petit dej et que c'est écrit dans notre contrat et que l'établissement ne sert pas de petit déjeuner ... Il m'informe que depuis le mois de mars il n'y a plus de resta
−Des mégots de cigarettes pas terre ... Le frigot avec encore des reste (morceaux de fruits), j'ai désinfecté le frigot avant de l'utiliser. Un individu qui était à l'accueil , avachi sur le banc , sur son portable , regardant des vidéos bruyante , face à nos chambres, totale ignorance vis à vis de nous, crache par terre ... ATTENTION il nous demande de payer en espèce alors qu'il est bien indiquer que nous avons la possibilité de payer en CB. On insiste et on refuse de payer en espèces. On l'informe que nous allons porter réclamation . Il a tout de suite dit pas de problème vous allez pouvoir payer en CB .

−Les équipements étaient un peu datés, il manquait de quoi être à l’aise dans l’hôtel : petite lampe de chevet, transats ou serviettes pour la piscine etc

+J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement au calme, le magnifique jardin avec ses palmiers, le concept original des chambres ainsi que la piscine, qui offrent un cadre agréable et reposant.
−J’ai regretté le manque de transats au bord de la piscine pour pouvoir se détendre pleinement. De plus, l’eau mise à disposition dans les chambres n’était pas toujours disponible, la bonbonne étant vide.
