+I like the place so much But no internet connection inside the room we have to go outside to connect for wi fi and is so cold to be outside in the night. Also we can't plug to change our phone we have to barrow 1 outlet to charge our phone. The stuff is so friendly the breakfasts was so good all the employees really good.

“Lovely but….”
+If you have bad knees or a back issue this is not the hotel for you, or maybe even the island for you. Loads of stairs, no railings. The caldera view room with the room upstairs is tiny and the stairs are NOT safe. The AC doesn’t get up there so it’s uncomfortable at night and scary to negotiate the stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom which is downstairs. Breakfast is ok. Pool is lovely, the staff are kind and courteous and the view is incredible. It’s just not very safe.

+I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, especially Marta. The hotel is quiet, clean, and offers an amazing view with a large pool. It is walkable to several beaches and also to a village area with shops and restaurant options.
