“Nice apartment - great location for Roma Termini train station”
+Nice room and friendly helpful staff. Raj was looking out for us as we struggled to find the door to the apartment block. Very very glad he did.
−Locating the door on the street to the apartment is tricky.

−This place does not match its reviews or advertising. There was no reception; we were met by someone yelling our name on the street. There was no formal signage at entry, we were lead through a random gate with construction and rubbish, with blood on the path. The room was hostel-like, unclean and very noisy, with a shared bathroom next door. Staff knocked on our door at 8am and have stopped replying to us despite multiple attempts to contact them.

+Just nearby Roma Termini train station, making it easy for our departure to the airport. The hotel was attentive upon our arrival and the room was better than what we expected ! They accommodated our request for twin beds and the room was clean.

“I was happily surprised that my stay was such a pleasure and 5 minutes walk from the beach or train”
+The Santa Maria was extraordinarily clean and neat; not luxurious but everything you need is supplied and the staff was friendly and helpful. They say no breakfast BUT in your room is coffee/tea equipment and free yoghurt and orange juice in the mini fridge. They also have a small kitchen with microwave etc for guests' use. AND hanging on my doorknob in the morning were 2 delicious croissants.
−I had a little trouble using the keys provided for self entry, but quickly figured it out.

+Fueron realmente agradables, guardaron las maletas antes y después del checkin/out. Nos daban café y unos croissant. Nos daban una invitación a un aperitivo. Estuvieron atentos todo el tiempo. Lo recomendaremos.

+Кроме расположения, в этом отеле всё ужасно! Чтобы попасть в номер, нужно открыть ключами три двери. Ресепшен работает только до 23:00. Если у вас ночной рейс и вы приезжаете позже, каждый час ожидания стоит 20 евро! Завтрак включён? Не обольщайтесь! Утром вам просто повесят на дверь один круассан , вот и весь завтрак. Номер маленький, постель чистая. Это единственные плюсы, кроме расположения. Не понимаю, откуда у этого отеля четыре звезды. На мой взгляд, здесь вообще нет ни одной звезды! Никому не рекомендую

−Una volta arrivati in albergo ci hanno detto che le due stanze che avevamo prenotato (e pagato anticipatamente) non erano disponibili. Ci hanno quindi spostato in un'altra struttura dove però avevano solo una camera disponibile. Nonostante ci avessero garantito il rimborso del prezzo della camera (di cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire), questo non è avvenuto.

+Чудовий маленький готель. Близько до всіх пам'яток. Постійне спілкування адміністрації зі своїми відвідувачами-приємна турбота. Хоч номери не дуже великі, але все необхідне є! На кухні можна зробити ароматну каву+круасан в подарунок. Нам з донечкою дуже сподобалося. До речі, ресторани в окрузі працюють зі 7 ранку до першої ночі.
