“Should not be authorized”

−The worst accomodation in 20 yearsbof travelling. I booked the room with private bathroom, and: - There was used toilet paper on the floor, with feces stains. The toilet bin was full too. - When the housekeeper came, she said 'not my problem' and left shouting at me fornasking that. - I took the bin myself and put it outside the room in the hall. No one took it ot changed it until I left. - There were coakroaches everywhere, and a dead one on my bed before I left. - the room smells like sewage/feces because the toilet is in terrifying conditions. - the whole place is run down, with wallpaper falling off all around. - the floor had a big sticky black stain uncleaned. - the matresses were all ripped off and with big stains. - towels were not provided. I was invited to take it myself from the housekeeping locker. - instructions to the room are not clear or oit of date. When I tried to ask why the room number I was given was different from the message received, the housekeeper told me to go away. - because of poor instructions, new guests at night tried to open my door. It was a real nightmare.

−Almost any hostel will be a much better option. This place is disgusting. It's very dirty. The room and everywhere are very dusty and dirty. The described conditions are missing. There is no private bathroom. The bathroom key with the room number does not open the door. The shared bathroom is very dirty and no one is watching it. The kitchen is disgusting to even look at any thing there, it's very dirty. The heating is not working. There is no remote control to turn on the air conditioner. The staff ignores calls and written requests.

+Excelente ubicación. Está en pleno centro, justo al lado de la boca del metro y con todo muy cerca.
−El check-in se retrasó varias horas. El aire acondicionado y la calefacción no funcionaban y el baño no tenía los productos basicos de higiene. Nunca respondieron a mis mensajes cuando los solicité.

−Ако трябва да изброявам всичко, което не ми хареса, ще ми отнеме цял ден, като започнем с обслужването и завършим с поголовната мръсотия, и с липсата на ВиК изправност. Абе за 28 евро, толкоз. Забравих да подчертая че банята и тоалетната бяха до леглото!

“Ikke dra hit”
−Jeg hadde en ekstremt ubehagelig opplevelse under dette oppholdet. Jeg måtte opp midt på natten for å rekke et fly men oppdaget at jeg var innelåst på hotellet. Nøkkelen jeg hadde fått til utgangsdøren fungerte ikke og jeg forsøkte å ringe og banke på hos de ansatte. Jeg lette etter nødutganger, men det fantes ingen. Jeg endte opp med å måtte vekke en annen gjest mist på natten for å låne hans nøkkel. Ellers var servicen svært dårlig og det var skittent. Har aldri gitt en dårlig review til et sted før dette, men vil absolutt fraråde folk fra å dra hit

“Elendig service!”
−Ved selvbetjent innsjekk kl 1AM fikk jeg en nøkkel som ikke passet i ytterdøra, så jeg kom meg ikke inn. Måtte stresse byen rundt for å finne et åpent hotell. Ringte og sendte mange meldinger til betjeningen, men fikk ingen svar. Da jeg kom meg inn på rommet dagen etter, var det stygt og luktet vondt. Jeg fikk heller ingen ny nøkkel eller fant noen ansvarlige å snakke med, så jeg endte med å bo på hotell et annet sted under hele oppholdet.

“Абсолютна "ДУПКА"”

−Ключовете ми бяха объркани и не можех да отключа тоалетната. След като се обадих на телефона за връзка, дамата отсреща ми каза, че трябва да сляза отново долу и да взема още едни ключове за друга стая и да ползвам тяхната тоалетната. През цялото време имах чувството, че може би ще се срещна с наякой в "общата ни" тоалетна. Още при отключването на вратата на стаята установих, че бравата на вратата е почти разбита. Стаята беше толкова малка, че чак те хваща клаустрофобия. Почувствах се абсолютно в НЕ безопасност. Банята и тоалетната бяха извън стаята и трябваше да минавам през другите стаи за да достигна до нея. Страхувах се всеки път, в който трябваше да изляза очаквайки някой да отвори вратата на съседните стаи докато достигна тоалетните в дъното на "коридора". Не посмях да използвам душа, но и да имах желание се оказа, че няма дори сапун за ръце, да не говорим за шампоан или сешоар. Единственото, което имаше е вече използвана ролка тоалетна хартия. В стаята и във всички помещения имаше ужасна миризма на мухъл, влага и още.........В стаята беше много студено, но мирисът на завивката и възглавницата беше ужасен и не можеше да се използват. Калъфката на възглавницата не беше изпрана
