−The breakfast selection was limited, with very few options to choose from. But everything was good.

“We had a great stay overall and will definitely be back”
+The hotel is conviniently placed with beutiful views from the rooftop. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast offerings were great. Value for my money.
−The room had a musty smell during check in. We requested for a room change but unfortunately the place was fully booked. The cleaner did their best but the smell did not fully go away so that was a bummer. They also had a steam room at the roof top but it was not heating up well. We did give feedback to the hotel and hopefully that will be sorted out

“First class services. Thank you for making our stay amazing”
+The service was absolutely outstanding, a solid 10/10! The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from. Overall, an excellent experience! Location was in the centre of most of the slighseeing areas, very convenient.
−Nothing we dislike. Everything was fantastic 10/10 service, would recommend to anyone visiting KL

+This is my third stay in 13 months. The staff are extremely helpful, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel itself is quiet and has very good shopping close by.
−It doesn't have connecting rooms. But we were able to have two next to each other.
