+Everything was perfect. The staff are excellent. The kitchenette had all the things we needed to make dinner. The interior and furniture lend a refined, high-end aesthetic to the space.
−The bar closed a bit early at 10pm. Probably because it was off-peak season.

“Incredible luxury”
+Amazing property with a mini kitchen. The staff are incredible.
−Slightly off the Main Street and food trucks, but manageable. This is the only minor fault, everything else is 10/10. Make reservations for dinner in advance in off season.

+Love the size of the room and the kitchen. Manage to have a homecooked meal there after skiing and made the experience so memorable. Staffs at the hotel was all very friendly and helped with all the things we need.

“Luxery stay only let down by breakfast”
+Service, location and overall hotel condition was fantastic
−The breakfast for this level of quality hotel was not optimal. Minimal options and food was constantly cold. This could be improved very easily.

“Very stylish hotel in a great location, perfect for a Niseko trip”
+We liked everything about this hotel: the location is great (ski in / ski out), the room was very nice and spacious with a traditional japanese feel, the staff was really helpful, ski & boot rentals was really easy and smooth (the rental shop and lockers are in the basement of the hotel), loved the complimentary hot chocolate after a day of ski, the complimentary shuttle service, spacious bathtub in the bathroom
−The breakfast could be improved, the food did not meet the expectations of a hotel of this standing
