+The staff was excellent and very accomodative and the location of the property was excellent. It was very calm and quiet and not very far from the main road too. We could spend our personal time very nicely. The room was clean and it's a very good place to recuperate.
−The breakfast spread was very small and it could have been a bit better.

+I highly recommend the property. Arun, the caretaker, rode out on his scooty to find us when we got lost, and made our tea exactly how each of us likes it. Dr. Praveen arranged phenomenal reasonable prices Ayurvedic massages for my mom and me at a very short request and later gave me a free consultation. I have ordered the medicines. Clean property with lovely fruit trees.

+Very peaceful, healthy environment. Very basic and healthy ayurvedic based meals. One can also seek ayurvedic care as owner of property is an ayurvedic physician and does consulting
−Somewhat out of the way. One couldn’t really get anywhere by walking. Had to call for a tuk tuk for transport. That said, transport is inexpensive so it’s not a problem

“Great stay in beautiful rooms with super friendly staff”
+The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they helped us a lot from organizing drivers and giving recommendations for trivandrum to really delicious kerala breakfast. The accommodation itself is totally beautiful in Indian style with a pretty garden around and very clean and tidy. We would come back anytime and really recommend the accommodation.
−The only point you could criticize is the location which is actually a bit further out. However, it's not a problem at all as it is very easy and fast to get drivers via uber or ola and the accommodation is very good at helping you with that as well.

+It is a remote place and no disturbance. But you can't find anything food surrounding area, taxi drivers difficult to find place. Very far airport and city.
−Invoice doesn't have GST numbers, you can't obtain proper professional Invoice. And breakfast not getting variety foods.
