“Good room but bad location on the 4 th floor walk up”
+In the heart of the historic district.
−Had to walk up 65 stairs (no elevator) with heavy luggage to get to the unit. That’s alot of stairs each day - granted lugging the luggage was only the first and last day, but that’s crazy. If you have heart issues find another place to stay. Plus the front doors to the building lock at 10 pm and no one told me. So I rang all of the buttons and waited for someone to buzz me in. Never again st this b n b. Booking. Com let me down on this one.

“Absolutely great place to stay,host very professional.”
+The host,Marco,was extremely professional and well prepared.Everithing was explaining and additional tips about the area was sent to us. We loved how the place was clean and the position.
−The shower "doors" were a bit unpleasant and felt a bit disappointed about the balcony.I meant to book a room with balcony which would allow me to stand outside.

+Tenia cocina, y estaba cerca de los lugares para comer.
−La ubicación estaba en plena peatonal llena de comerciantes, llegar con la valija no fue sencillo,a tenés que llevar en la mano o dejar una rueda en el camino, literal me pasó, además de imposible dormir se escucha mucho el quilombo de la calle, a las 6 am arrancan, y entraba mucha luz en la habitación.

+Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und angenehm, sowohl per SMS als auch über WhatsApp. Der Self-Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral, sodass alle wichtigen Orte gut erreichbar sind, und trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig, sodass man nicht durch Lärm gestört wird. Aufgrund des starken Regens kam es am zweiten Tag zu einem Stromausfall. Die Vermieter haben jedoch sofort reagiert und das Problem schnell und professionell durch einen Elektriker beheben lassen. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft, der Kommunikation und dem Service sehr zufrieden.
−Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität könnte es eventuell eine Herausforderung sein, da sich das Zimmer im 3. Stock befindet und nur über Treppen erreichbar ist.

+L'emplacement était fantastique, au cœur du quartier historique tout en étant très calme. Pas un bruit la nuit. L'hôte donne beaucoup de recommandation, et reste très disponible.
−Nous aurions apprécié avoir un balais pour faire le sol durant notre séjour et des torchons pour le coin cuisine.

“Godt sted meget centralt, god plads .Fine køkken faciliteter. Kun1 gang rengøring på 12 dage ikke ok”
+Meget centralt og godt sted. Der var god plads i værelset og vi kunne fint lave vores morgenmad m.m. Det fælles køkken var fint. vi fik hurtigt svar når der var noget vi var i tvivl om
−Vi var der i 12 dage, og ville en anden gang nok dele opholdet op i 4-5 dage her inde i centrum og så 4-5 dage et sted lidt udenfor. Vi forstår ikke at der kun blev gjort rent 1 gang på de 12 dage vi var der. Vi kom en tirsdag og om mandagen efter blev der ordnet på vores værelse. Vi skulle være der til søndag og da det var 32 til 39 gr. i den periode var man jo godt svedig og støvet . Der var ingen rengøringsting, så vi kunne ikke selv feje eller noget.
