“Excellent location and facilities when in the room I.e. small kitchen.”
+They let you store your luggage before and after staying. Central to explore Florence on foot. Easy access with lift.

“Overall a great location and stay, comfortable and beautiful rooms.”
+Was a great location, the room was really comfortable and had a good aircon system in summer. The building was right next to a bus stop and was a super quick walk down into the main part of the city. Not too far from the train station either.
−Communication was quite poor. Replies were very delayed and we were not told anything about check in or check out. We had arranged to leave our bags there the morning of our check in day as we arrived in the city early, and then on the day it took 3 hours to hear anything once we got there (we were told to just let them know we had arrived). It was just inconvenient as it had been organised so we had gone straight to the property, and ended up having to carry around our bags while waiting to hear back.
