−The lights at the Reception should be improved . Its better for me to see ckearly the faces of the workers on duty plus easy to fill out their forms.

+An excellent, relaxing small resort style holiday destination in a superb location - with no kids. Very good facilities and lovely staff. Spectacular lagoon, beach and or ocean views are available from all villas except for the garden villa in which we stayed - which was our fault because we should have booked earlier. Complimentary daily breakfast in the restaurant was enjoyable, as were the lunch and dinner options - good meals in generous servings. The restaurant also has amazing views. Poolside bar is well run and well stocked. Management and staff could not have been more helpful. Cultural night (on Fridays) is a great experience. Off-site tours and shuttle transfers are also accommodated. The traditional farewell is an absolute highlight which I won't even try to describe here - it simply has to be experienced.
−For a longer stay, food menu options may become a bit limited - but unlikely to be problematic for a short stay of say 5 days. Also be prepared for meals and drinks (except happy hour) being a tad pricey. That said - these factors were far outweighed by the location and its people and certainly did not affect the enjoyment of our 8-night stay at Seabreeze Resort.

+The staff and service were great, the cocktails were delicious, food was good, rooms nice and clean, multiple dining areas and bars, was awesome having a casino and gift shop on site, close to the airport for departure. The overall stay was great.
−Sand made the snorkeling murky, no snorkel gear available (lucky we had our own snorkels but flippers would have been good), sewage smell in some areas (looked like a temp set up), no milk for coffees in room so had to ask staff each morning, no hot water one morning for showers but was sorted, semi long wait on food. Need a bigger TV for the league/rugby etc in bar restaurant. It was nice but we paid a bit more at this resort than another resort, which had its own pro's on this place.

+I read many mixed reviews, but we had a great stay. The location is pretty, it’s convenient to the ferry and the airport and a good base for round island sightseeing. The beds were comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. We stayed at the far end of the property and liked that it was peaceful and we had our pick of deck chairs on the beach. I can see that if you expect a slick operation then you may not be happy but Samoa has a more relaxed style and if you are relaxed too then this is a great place to stay.
