+Location is very good between two metro stations and staff were great.
−Issues with water not ideal due to roadworks nearby but not the properties fault, can be a bit noisy when it’s raining at night

“Decent”
−The toilet lid and seat were not attached to the toilet. The clothing stand/rack was incredibly flimsy. The entire street is an open construction zone. There are no protections from falling, walking or sliding into the gaping areas where a street used to be.

−The room was small, bad was huge and covered part of the window, so air conditioning was problematic. Window was cover by heavy curtain, I was not able to uncover the window, because it was 1st floor and everything was visible from the street, so I suffered a bit from air condition problems. Room was not clean, only towels and bed, otherwise everywhere were small leftovers from previous guest.

“Disappointing, extremely rude staff.”
−I am a travel writer and spend most of my time in hotels, I have NEVER stayed anywhere with such unwelcoming staff. I booked this particular hotel as it had 24 hr reception, I arrived at 2 am to a woman who couldn't muster a smile never mind offer any help getting my luggage up the stairs and instead just watched me struggle with it. I put it down to it being 2am but no the next day and another lady who also couldn't muster a hello or a smile and also didn't offer a hand, just held her hand out for the key. Customer service was no existent. I spend a lot of time in Tbilisi and thankfully this is not typical of Georgian hospitality. Also there is a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea and not so much as a small bottle of water - again wonderful arriving in the early hours after a 24 hr travel day. Don't go bare foot, carpets aren't hovered well. Be aware there is no lift and nobody will help with your bags. Very poor.

+Cheap, close to old city, quiet street, room temperature was cool despite warm weather. Great for solo travelling or on a budget wanting to be close to the city.
−Bathroom smells but it's to live with, no shower curtain so bathroom floor wet all the time. The doorbell used when quests check-in late was very loud so one night out of three i was awoken three times in a row (even sleeping with earplugs).

+The location. Is in the old city not far from metro station too.
−At the moment of our stay near was working with the water viaduct so we did not have water in a morning and in an evening. But the personal was kind and prepared for us big bottles of water.

“An acceptable option for an overnight stay in the city center.”
+A small hotel in the city center with everything you need: a large bed, a small kitchen, and a shower. The price is reasonable, so it's a good option for a short stay.
−The receptionist was always absent from her workplace, so we had to handle everything ourselves or look for the cleaning staff. The soundproofing was very poor, and at night we could hear the doorbell ringing and the neighbors talking. The hotel entrance was not easy to find, and we weren't provided with the door access code when booking, so we had to wait a long time to be let in.
