“Extremely poor customer sevice”
−Had to move rooms three times due to leak in bathroom (once at 23:30 at night, whilst 8 months pregnant). Staff unhelpful, unapologetic and no form of compensation offered (not even a free drink). Staff in the main restaurant were rude and breakfast was served cold on both mornings. Zero value for money. Would not recommend.

“Lack of sunbeds in Spa”
+Rooms, food and cleanliness
−Not be able to access beds or chairs in spa. So never used the spa. This was as soon as we checked in.

“Overpriced for what it is”
+Comfortable bed and great roll top bath Service in bar and restaurant excellent Nice touch in the prosecco for our honeymoon Surely all guests should be able to access the spa without additional charges?
−Attention to detail is key - no list of costs for mini bar in the room. Details in room need some maintenance - wardrobe door needs attention, decor scuffed and not great in places.

“Would stay again but go somewhere else for evening meal”
+Great location tucked away , lovely grounds warm welcome on reception and bar area, fabulous breakfast and a beautiful rhubarb margarita in the lounge bar
−Room was a little tired and outdoor baths had no privacy as looking out to road, terrible experience at the evening meal but manager was pleasant and keen to resolve but that made it feel pricey for what we got

“Beautiful hotel and location but overpriced especially with the extra cost of the spa”
+Our stay at Salutmoor was very pleasant. The surrounding area and grounds were beautiful, the building and décor were lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, given the price, I was highly disappointed that access to the spa was not included. Overall, I felt the stay was overpriced for what we received, and based on our experience, I would not choose to stay there again
