+The rooms were very clean and quiet. The blackout curtains are amazing.
−It’d be nice if they had continental breakfast

“Not happy how they run things and very dangerous”
+Room was nice
−They have a hot tub. It was nice but there’s a sign that says door locks at 850 u will be locked outside all night! We had an emergency and door locked 10 mins early. Some how lady working came back in to unlock door right before ambulance came. YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUTSIDE IS THAT EVEN OKAY?

“Shit Hole!”
+The location was nice.
−The staff were hardly ever available. The place was dirty, our TV did not work, we went to use the hot tub and there was a bloody towel in there again no one at the desk to let them know, went back to room to change down again to take pictures and talk to them, no one there, outside to smoke came back and STILL NO STAFF.. next morning at check out mentioned it and showed them pictures the only response I received was, "OK, are you checking out." No offer of compensation and no accountability. Never again will we stay!

−There was no staff in the hotel at night, and some guests were obnoxiously loud. Lots of marijuana being smoked

“If you got no other option, it's OK. A bit of a shame really.”
+Location is good.
−Matrass is covered by a super slippery matrass protector (must be plastic?) So we felt we were 'sliding' around in the bed all night, sheets come loose and you end up in 'nice' tangled slippery mess in the morning. Horrible! Breakfast starts at 8am - sorry, that is just too late. One of the 3 morning we stayed, still no breakfast available at around 8:15am ... we couldn't wait any longer other people left too, they couldn't wait. So easy to fix!

+The location was very convenient. The breakfast was sadly discontinued which was disappointing.
−We were satisfied but disappointed that breakfast was discontinued.

“I wouldn't come back mainly because of the coffee”
+The location was good
−The breakfast started at 8am which is late because we wanted to leave earlier and there wasn't a good selection of food. There was only 2 caffenated coffee pods in out room (3 people) and the coffee was ready downstairs until after 8am. There were no staff around to help with this until 8am. The thermostat didn't work in our room and the tub didn't drain when I showered.

“We had a comfortable stay and it was convenient”
+The room was clean and tidy. The bed was not quite firm enough for us but it wasn’t too bad. The staff was friendly and helpful.
−Maybe a firmer bed.
