“Truly lovely and peaceful place!”
+The authentic and serene feel was amazing. The pictures are not misleading. It felt so serene and peaceful. The staff were all ever so kind, nothing was too much to ask.
−The only issue was that there seemed to not be enough sun loungers by the pool - though the actual issue was that certain guests were being inconsiderate by throwing towels on the limited loungers and then disappearing for hours, which meant that other guests were losing out by not being able to use the facility.

+The staff were very hospitable and welcoming, the resort was beautiful
−There was an instance where the tub would not drain, but that was quickly sorted with the assistance of the staff.

“Impeccable service from the staff, restaurant & spa!”
+A lovely, relaxing hotel with wonderful, caring staff. The restaurant food was excellent & there were many food choices at the buffet breakfast. Loved the inclusion of cappuccino coffee for breakfast! We had 2 spa treatments & they were the best we had in Bali on this trip. It's about a 25 minute walk into Ubud, but you can call on cabs if required. The Sweet Orange Walk, out through the rice paddies is not far from the hotel - well worth doing!
−Although the bed looked wonderful, it was a little too hard for us - more a personal opinion!

“Great stay in Ubud”
+I had a really lovely and relaxing stay at Sakti Garden Resort and would definitely recommend it. The location was great. There were some fabulous places to eat nearby, and Ubud Central was only a short taxi or Grab ride away. I really liked being out of the craziness of the centre but still close enough to get there easily. There was also parking right out the front, which made getting picked up by Grab or taxi really convenient. My room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and it was always cleaned and made up beautifully. I was also pleasantly surprised by the turndown service, which was a really nice touch. All the staff were super friendly and always helpful. The restaurant was great, with a few vegetarian options, and breakfast had a good buffet selection. Afternoon tea was also a lovely little treat. The laundry service was really useful, and I used the spa a few times, which was fantastic. Just make sure you book at least a day in advance, as it can get booked up. Overall, I had such a relaxing stay and really enjoyed my time here. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms and peaceful location made it a great place to stay while visiting Ubud.
