+Large room
−The room did not feel very clean and there was mould in the bathroom. The room also smelled odd. No restaurants nearby open at dinnertime.

+Staff at reception very welcoming with check in. Lovely views from large bedroom windows. Local restaurants they aren't open every day but there's at least one open every day. (There's two Japanese and a korean restaurant 5-10 minutes walk away) and a local shop for some food and drinks. There's a microwave in reception but no plates or cutlery so you can cook simple food. Kettle in your room and fridge and small freezer. Floor mattresses are comfortable. Onsen is nice and open till midnight.
−Got to plan your trips well as trains aren't super regular. Everything is cash only in village including train tickets make sure you are prepared. Ic card not accepted in local train station. We didnt book dinner and breakfast as we wanted to save money and ate locally but it looked nice.

“A decent place with nice onsen.”
+It's an old ryokan. It shows. It's so so clean but good enough. The onsen is nice.

−The carpet in the room was a bit dusty, but we didn't really mind that much. The room was quite comfortable and the view was awesome

“Je ne recommande pas”
+La chambre est spacieuse et onsen disponible
−On ne vous donne pas la chambre avant 15 h on a attendu 1 h30 pour l avoir mais le gros problème de cet hôtel c est qu il est très loin des sites à visiter il n est pas à Nikko Tobu vous devez prendre le train et changer 2 fois pour Nikko Tobu vous perdez beaucoup de temps hôtel très mal situé donc de plus en arrivant le jeune à la réception m indique qu il y a un Bain public a 12 mn de marche on y va et mauvaise surprise le Bain est fermé il n existe plus à mon retour je lui fait la remarque il me dit je me suis pas responsable des autres établissements ! Le personnel est vietnamien ils me parle pas un mot d anglais . Pour le repas du soir nous aurions aimé que l on nous aide pour le repas mais il a fallu se débrouiller seul je regrette d avoir perdu mon temps dans cet hôtel sans intérêt et beaucoup trop loin des sites à visiter

+Le repas du soir ainsi que le petit-déjeuner sont une très belle expérience. Le onsen est agréable, un à l'intérieur et un à l'extérieur. La chambre est spacieuse. Nuit sur futon donc sympa pour l'expérience.
−Le repas du soir est servi un peu tôt, 18h00 pour nous. Nuit sur futon donc moins confortable qu'un lit.

“Trés bel établissement japonais”
+Le calme, l'authenticité du lieux et le onsen
−J'ignorais que le restaurant pour le diner ainsi que les petits-déjeuners devaient être réservés en avance. Donc a notre arrivé, c'était complet ! Pour les repas du soir ce n’était pas grave avec l'offre aux alentours, toutefois quel dommage pour les petits-déjeuners. C'est tellement plus pratique de prendre le pdj dans l’hôtel ou l'on séjourne.

+We hebben erg genoten van de onsen na een lange dag op pad te zijn geweest! Echt iets om naar uit te kijken. De kamers zijn erg ruim, genoeg plek voor je spulletjes of om te zitten.
−De futons zijn wellicht een andere ervaring die je gewend bent, mijn vriend vond het wat minder comfortabel - ik vond het prima. Als je geen auto ter beschikking hebt is de locatie voed te bereiken met ov, maar ben je wel wat minder flexibel.
