“Pleasant”
−I booked a twin bedded room but was given a single bed. Very disappointing. On top of that both of my bookings had same issue.

“Nice hotel close to the beach and Pekmeng Pier.”
+We arrived with 3 people instead of 2 and the staff were very accommodating. They added another bed in our room for no additional charge.
