“basic accomodation, friendly staff, appealing to backpackers”
+Location very centric and in the Western Part of London. Easy accessible by Underground and surroundings felt safe. Super friendly staff, very welcoming and caring. Everyone was in a good mood: I'd like to highlight the fresh breakfast with baked beans, eggs, toast and pancakes. The communal rooms were nice and bright, lots of activities for single travellers like movie nights.
−It is very basic, the rooms, although tidy, were not super greatly in shape, old floorboards creaking, a sink that I'm not entirely sure when it's seen a thorough clean and a spotty sheet (though washed). It's really ok for backpacking, but if you're used for anything a bit more comfy, its a bit of a stretch. The whole house is poorly soundproofed, so you hear everyone in the hallway, and rooms next to yours. The mixed bathrooms are not really clean, however we arrived late, and perhaps far beyond the cleaning time. A thing that bothered me is that ladies only washrooms were in the basement and we were in the third floor, so if you'd be going to the bathroom at night, it's not a very pleasant trip.

“My experience at this hotel was shocking. I complained about harassment by another guest, but instead of properly addres”
−Disgusting Room Conditions - Rats in the Room The room was completely unacceptable, with rats running around. This is a serious hygiene and health concern, and guests should not have to pay for accommodation in these conditions. Combined with my experience of how management handled my complaint, I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking. I expect the hotel to take responsibility and refund my money. Guests deserve clean, safe accommodation and basic respect. SafetyI had a terrible experience. There were rats in the room, and I had serious concerns about guest safety. The person I complained about appeared not to have been properly registered through reception, yet my concerns were not properly resolved. Instead, I was removed from the accommodation and left outside in the rain with my belongings. This was especially distressing given my epilepsy and disabilities. I am demanding a refund of my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone until these serious concerns about hygiene, security and customer treatment are properly adressed

“Don't store food in your rooms”

−Mice/rats as ppl store food in their rooms. Lack of toilets to number of guests. Says no animals yet the staff had a puppy and it was allowed into the eating area when it was breakfast time.

−The cleanliness could be improved, especially considering the large number of people staying at the hostel. Bathrooms: The bathrooms need more regular and thorough cleaning. Women’s bathrooms in the basement: These need more hooks for hanging clothes and towels, as well as shelves to store personal belongings. Stair carpets: The carpets on the stairs need a deep clean. Kitchen: The kitchen is sometimes clean, but standards of cleanliness need to be more consistent.

+Love the location and the over energy of the hostel. It feels like you’re staying with a big family that also loves to travel!
−Chaddy , one of the staff is really aggressive and would make a lot of the guests uncomfortable with his misogynistic and inappropriate behavior and remarks. But management was able to take care of the issue fast and efficiently. There was just one bad apple that needed to go and after that the energy was back to being amazing!

−Littéralement tout, je ne sais même pas par où commencer. - il y a de l’humidité dans les chambres et donc une mauvaise odeur - les lits inconfortables - le sol n’était même pas droit - les sanitaires et douches sont sales, au point où on n’osaient même pas se laver. Et alors je ne parle meme pas des douches réservé aux femmes. Elles se trouvent au sous sol, sont sales et glauques. - Selon d’autres personnes de l’auberge, il y avait des punaise de lit mais personnellement, nous n’avons rien eu. Et pour couronner le tout, nous avons eu des souris dans notre chambres pendant la nuit. Lorsque nous avons demandé à l’agent d’accueil de venir, nous avons du insister pour qu’il nous vienne en aide. Le monsieur a sorti la poubelle avec la souris dedans. À ce moment là, la souris s’est faufilé dans la chambre voisine à la nôtre, l’agent d’accueil n’a rien fait et est même descendu. Lorsque nous sommes descendu pour nous plaindre, l’agent était couché dans le fauteuil, il y avait des ambulanciers qui aidait une dame qui faisait une overdose. Lors de notre checkout, nous nous sommes plaint, les agents d’accueil, ne savait rien faire sauf ne pas nous faire payer nos bagages qui allait rester à
