+Really lovely room, very modern clean and fresh. But although we really liked it, as it was in the attic quite a number of stairs to climb obviously, and limited head room in areas, which was ok for us as short!

“Lovely spacious room staying with a dog. Very convenient to everywhere. Easy check in”
+Space, comfort, location
−Property lights right outside our window on all night. I like a dark room although it didn’t bother my husband or ruin our holiday.

“Our room was very comfortable, cosy and just as described. The staff were great & very responsive.”
+We chose not to have breakfast on site. However we did enjoy a lovely lunch with family at the George Inn.
−The window was a little bit drafty but we were there during storm Austen!

“Great location and clean individual rooms. No lifts but stairs easy to negotiate. Good sound proofing.”
+Easy location good parking in the local car park. Clean and individual room in the attic. The key system worked well and there was no noise at night. You can hear people coming out of the rooms in the morning but not in their rooms. We didn’t need to contact them as everyone was obviously in the room. Bed comfy.
−One small set of toiletries for 2 people for 2 days and 5 Tea bags. That said we probably could have asked for more from the available staff contactable by phone.

+Nice location, although it is next to a road and the sea front so it can be noisy from traffic. Nice room, great shower. King sized bed.
−No housekeeping, so you don’t get your bed made for you everyday, or towel change.

+Beautiful room with an amazing view.
−Unfortunately due to the location it was pretty noisy in the mornings, from about 5am. Definitely not able to have the windows open overnight.
