“A sacrifice on basic amenities, cleanliness and safety for location. Terrible”
+Great location, but not worth it considering everything else.
−I’m not one to promote negativity or post negative reviews, but this place was awful and in this case I must. Staff were unwelcoming and didn’t resolve any of our issues, beds were unmade, toilets were shared as expected but were 4 shower heads in a dingy damp basement room, the WiFi didn’t work, the property smelt like gas, and the path into the building was completely iced over and slippy with no attempt to remove this by the staff. A real shame given our great experience in all other properties in Japan.
