“This was the best stay!!”
+We stayed here for four nights on 15th of August 2025, and there's a reason why the average review score is 5 stars! The best thing about the stay were the hosts Sabine and Francois, they were the nicest people and you could sit and chat with them for ages... Francois spoke perfect English and Sabine spoke enough that we could communicate well... and they both tried to teach us Italian which was awesome. They provided a delicious breakfast every morning which we ate out in the beautiful courtyard. The room was absolutely perfect, huge with two balconies, all the amenities you could ever want and very modern. There's a shared kitchen area and you have a fridge to yourself which is great. Great location within walking distance to the middle of the Villasimius, and also close to a couple supermarkets and restaurants. Plenty of places to park including a large car park at the back of the property. There's Beach umbrellas and chairs that you can borrow to take to the beach which was very handy and a nice touch. We wished we booked longer but I guess we'll just have to come back one day.

+The hosts were absolutely amazing, very attentive to every detail and so helpful with planning our daily adventures! Our breakfast was excellent, very tasty. The location is perfect, very central to many beaches and the town. Great Parking too!

+Absolutely lovely hosts who are always there to help and for a nice little chat, excellent and clean room, comfortable bed, access to kitchen and amazing backyard with citrus trees and amazing breakfast in the courtyard if the weather permits.

“Disappointing”
+Small and cozy guest house close to everything in a nice location. Easy parking.
−For personal health reasons - that we can usually handle anywhere in the world, because we are prepared - we could not stay in the accommodation and had to spend the night in the car because everything was fully booked. The owner did not provide any refunds according to their policy which is ok but he refused to make an exception out of goodwill despite our request as well. We are disappointed of course because we would have expected more flexibility and empathy from an accommodation provider, especially if they have a guest who suffers. In our opinion, we could have found a solution that could have benefited all parties in a situation like this, which we think is not common. Obviously we wouldn't have made such a fuss if we hadn't had a serious problem, as it would have been our last day on the island, which was completely ruined.

“Perfect stay with more than amazing hosts”
+If you want to try best bed and breakfast experience you should book Safran. Room was very specious and we had two balconies (terraces) in each side of the room. The hosts were more than amazing. Breakfast under the lemon tree in front of grapefruit tree and personal service is just indescribably amazing.
