“Heritage resort with charming character”
+We had a lovely family stay at Biccode Woodside Heritage in October. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and has a warm, homely ambience, making it a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family amidst nature. A special mention to Ravi and Shweta, who took excellent care of us. The home-cooked meals were delicious, and they were always accommodating of our requests, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They even allowed us to select from all available rooms for our stay. The estate manager and assistant manager were equally friendly and helpful. We went on a coffee estate tour where we saw spotted deers! The experience ended on a beautiful note with a sunset view by the nearby riverside, which made it even more memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing getaway with warm hospitality, lovely food, and memorable experiences. We would definitely recommend Biccode Woodside Heritage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature!
−While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a few improvements to the amenities, such as ensuring a continuous supply of hot water and providing more props or equipment in the activity room, would make the experience even better. There are just 2 cycles that work fine but could be in better condition. Having a few more cycles would be good when multiple rooms are occupied at the property.

−There were three families who pretty much occupied the living room and other seats - not that there is anything wrong with this. But when totally there are 4 rooms in villa and there is a majority family occupying these rooms - you pretty much can’t experience the living space etc - you will be stuck into your room - because there isn’t much space and you can’t do anything

+It’s beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable. The staff is very courteous. The club house is well equipped. The estate ride was the best thing ! The coffee was amazing.
−They have issues with water flow and the hot water wasn’t very prompt but the staff fixed the issue when we asked
