+Great location. Parking available. You share the two bathrooms and kitchen with three other rooms. It had very good windows that blocked out all of the sound. I received a video that helped show me how to enter the condo which was extremely helpful. When we were available via WhatsApp for questions anytime we needed help. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two king beds in one room. That was hard to find in Spain.

“Bad start of holiday due to disappointing communication of owners.”
+The location is great and the room was clean.
−The communication is HORRIBLE. Tried to contact the owners via booking but never got a reply same with e-mails. They use multiple numbers which makes contacting them via phone complicated. It also takes VERY long to get a reply. The day we had to check in we got a huge text with lacking information which resulted into us not being able to get into the room. When we called we got no reply and when they finally texted back they told me they are only available untill 23:00 even though everywhere they market themselves as 24h available.

+Amazing location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy- great communication from staff. Facilities were clean, well maintained.
−It was very hot for us, the ceiling fan wasn’t sufficient. Had to leave windows open which also meant a lot of noise from streets outside.

+I liked the location, the cleanliness and character of the building, and the ease of check-in and check-out. The setup of bathrooms and kitchen made it easy to share. Bed and bedding were very comfortable.
−Even though there is an elevator, it stops between floors so that there are two short flights of steps involved: one to access the elevator on first floor, and another to access the room itself on the upper floor. There should be a note about this in the listing. Also, the room was very small for a traveler who either has multiple suitcases or wants to have a guest visit. It was priced a little high for a shared bathroom but aligns with price in terms of cleanliness, comfort and convenience of neighborhood.

+Amazing location, close to metro, stores, nice coffee shops, parking garage everything. Double glass window kept outside noise outside, but thin walls inside cause you to hear your ‘roommates’
−The bed was super hard and short, my feet stuck out like 10-20 cm (im 190 cm), we sleept quite poorly because of it. The room was also quite warm, luckily there was a ceiling fan, but next time we will pay extra for a room with airco. Floors and bathroom could be cleaned a bit more often and or throughly.

“Beautiful. Simple. Perfect location, favourite neighbourhood in the city and close to central.”
+Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the street. Loved looking out in the afternoon with sun on my face. The location is amazing, perfect for a city break. we walked everywhere in the city. Close to sunset spot of Templo de Debod and Main Street of Gran Via but the best bit about the location, we didn't find out until the last day where we explored the area. Amazing little places to eat, independant shops, pretty streets, chilled squares and street art. Room is simple but works. Kitchen perfect for eating in and has a nespresso coffee machine. Quiet building, some noise from the street but not a busy street. Enjoy!!
−Two shared bathrooms for 5 rooms, but we never needed to wait to use. Curtains aren't black out but morning sun doesn't shine through. Maybe bring eye mask if you are light sensitive.
