“Location out of service.”
+Saboga lodge was out of service so they move us to another location call "Villa Noelia". This place was poorly maintained, the room was good, but the common areas need improvement. Staff barely showed up.

−Había una situación con la cocina pero Carmen Solucionó, los pasamanos de la escalera que da a la playa dañados

“Playas preciosas y un hotel hermoso en medio de la selva”
+La isla esta preciosa, los cuartos bien pensados cómodos, la atención de Carmen y su hija excelente de 5 estrellas la atención de Carmen
−Las escaleras que dan a la playa, altura del escalon como de un pie de altura y las cuerdas que sirven de pasamano rotas, se presenta un problema con la cocina pero Carmen solucionó

“BETTWANZEN und schlechtes personal”
+Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war nett.
−BETTWANZEN, weshalb wir die Nacht in der Küche auf der couch verbracht haben. Als ich die unterkunkt wegen einer Rückerstattung kontaktiert habe wurden wir darauf hingewiesen das es dort „mosquitos in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum gibt und wir uns leider an die gegebenen Bedingungen nicht anpassen konnten und dies nicht ihre schuld sei“ Ich möchte anmerken das ich mir durchaus über den unterschied zwischen Bettwanzen und mosquitos bewusst bin. Viel spaß in der Unterkunft. (Wir haben auch Bilder der Bisse welche eindeutig von Bettwanzen sind)
