+Unique location, great layout of the property, amazing panorama view from the balcony, spacious and comfortable room with large bed, friendly owner, filling breakfast.
−Parking is on a common ground where locals are unloading cargo, hence it's tricky to find a place where you won't bother anyone, but it's manageable. Going up from the property to the main road/parking is challenging as it's quite steep, but it's definitely made the place more memorable, hah.

“Stunning Views, Delicious Food, Perfect slow holiday stay.”
+Very spacious comfortable rooms with lovely step terrace farm views. The mornings were clear and we saw the Himalayas. Good break with clean air and AQI, also Chef Himanshu makes delicious breakfast and food. A little walk down from the main road which we took slowly and loved because of the views. Highly recommend Saanidhya homestay if you are visiting Mukteshwar.
−Wish we visited during the fruit season, been told you can taste very juicy peaches and apricots. Coming back for sure.
