“Nice venue, great people but recommend considering alternative dining options.”
+The room was clean and tidy, albeit a little dated, and the staff were excellent. However, the online check-in and check-out process makes the experience feel somewhat mechanical. While this may reduce staffing requirements and associated costs, it also removes an important opportunity to welcome guests and establish a positive first impression of the property.
−Food and beverages were overpriced for the standard on offer. The resort's distance from alternative dining options appears to be reflected in its pricing, without a corresponding commitment to quality. Service at the Sydney Brew Bar was slow, and the meals were disappointing in terms of quality, presentation and temperature. I wasn't expecting haute cuisine, just food that arrives hot and doesn't look as though it's been thrown onto the plate.

“The location suited our needs, but far too expensive for the offering in my opinion”
+There was a huge issue at check-in with our two bookings ( which I believed I had resolved prior to check-in), yet it still caused the check-in process to be extremely lengthy and extremely stressful. The team remained professional and helpful which was much appreciated. The coffee shop in the foyer was extremely helpful iun the mornings.
−As mentioned, there was a mess-up with joining our two bookings together, which resulted in our travelling companions being provided the room ( and keys ) to the room we were already using !!!!! After some time it was resolved - thankfully. The room was small and extremely basic. I was not impressed with the room facilities for the cost of the rooms for two nights - the value was just not there. The car parking near our room was exposed to flying golf balls, which we saw hit cars parked next to ours. The air con was on a timer which meant we kept waking up extremely hot and needing to turn the AC back on again so we could actually go back to sleep. Also, there was no included cleaning services, so basically, if you wanted your room made up or cleaned ( lucky we didn't) they expect you to actually pay for this on top of your already extremely expensive room fees! I certainly dont think I'll be staying here again tbh

“Excellent, just make sure you don’t stay near the wedding venue area.”
+Clean and tidy, great for kids
−We were put in a room next to the wedding venue and it was awful, lots of trouble trying to get kids to sleep with all the loud music coming from the wedding.
