+We loved staying at this Riad. The service was impeccable, Ali was a wonderful host, absolutely loved everything about it. We had a very early start one morning so Ali packed a takeaway bag with breakfast which was so kind and very helpful. 10/10!!!

“Riad El Borg is a beautiful authentic Marrakech Riad in the heart of the medina”
+The location was brilliant. Around 6 minutes walk to the busy main square and 4 mins to the busy Souks which Marrakech is famous for. Despite being so close the Riad was in a very quiet street and enjoyed a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the stales and market sellers. This is a classic Riad with an open court yard housing four mature orange trees and a small fountain. The rooms are the first and second floor and accessed via tiled staircases and looking into the court yard. Our room was large with a high ceiling and efficient AC. The windows have shutters and decorative metal grills so could easily be left open if required. The Riad and room felt very safe and secure and the staff were all superb. Breakfast was on the roof terrance and was generous and served between 8:30 - 10:00. A take away breakfast was provided when we needed an earlier start. The Riad had many quiet rooms, sofas and sunbeds to sit and relax if desired. Dinner is available on request and the optional airport pick up and drop off are highly recommended and very good value. Many good cafes, restaurants and tourist sites are within easy walking distance and are safe to get to even at night. The Riad
−There was nothing we didnt like. We would have used a fridge with a store of cold drinks and an honesty box if available but the local shops and stalls were minutes away had we wanted to use them. Whilst not a problem for us the Riad is a traditional older building and as such has no lifts an is slightly limited for those with impaired mobility. This may be a consideration for some people who may struggle with stairs

“Peaceful and tranquil”
+Great location - 5 minutes walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. If you book a room in the Petit Ryad, it will be in a separate Riad with the swimming pool. We loved both Riads - very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you to Daniel, Ali and the amazing staff for looking after us well.

+An authentic riad right in the heart of the Medina. Superb staff who were very accommodating of all our requests. Thank you for the extra special touches which were appreciated. Top quality breakfasts, beautiful ambience and perfect calm.
−The rooms were dark and atmospheric but difficult to do makeup! Even the bathroom lighting was not good for makeup but this was a minor grumble overall. Nowhere to hang dresses except outside the wardrobe.The pool was very cold and not exactly outside - it was in an annex and contained within a covered courtyard. None of this affected the overall high score.

+L'esmorzar era molt complert i el sopar bonissim. La ubicació era excel•lent, a 5 minuts de la plaça principal. El servei de l'Ali i de tot el personal va ser molt bona, ens van gestionar tota l'estada i les activitats de manera molt fàcil. Ens va tocar una habitació quadruple molt amplia i espaiosa.
