+Reported No water pressure, Manager sent a message through his front desk saying take it or leave it! All night water was leaking from AC, there is no maintenance or responsibility of ownership at this property, Got a much better hotel with free continental breakfast 2 blocks down for half the price! Book somewhere else, the Manager here is irresponsible

Excellent hotel very beautiful and has a very natural vibe. The staff are Argentinians very kind. The security is very kind too. I never once had a problem. You can have guest over but have to pay 100 pesos if it’s after 11pm which is not bad at all. Never once had a problem if I return to Playa del Carmen I will definitely stay there again.
