“Above any expectations!”
+Came in from the north. We avoided traffic. Breakfast buffet was amazing! The porch was so great! The colors and weather were perfect for our stay. Shuttle was great for downtown We will be back!

“Everything in Jackson Hole is expensive, so the price was probably right.”
+Staff was super friendly and the location was great, easy to walk to town. The grounds were very nice.
−The room smelled of smoke, like it had previously been a smoking room or something. The lighting wasn't great, the bathroom fan and water when showering made some pretty bad noises. We could hear a conversation from the room next door late at night.

“Beautiful, comfortable cottage; but disappointing breakfast”
+Serene setting. Quiet and peaceful. A great place to recharge and relax
−Disappointed in the few health choices at breakfast. Only fresh berries and multigrain toast, which I appreciated. No cooked oats, sugar-laden juices and yogurt were the only choices

“We would stay again and would recommend to others!”
+Quiet and cozy! The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were all very nice.
−The lighting in our cabin was not good. Too many light switches. Once we figured out the switches and all lights were on, it was still quite dark in the room and bathroom vanity area.

+Just a beautiful property right across from the Wildlife preserve. All the cabins are so cute! The surrounding grounds are beautiful.

“A little disappointed”
+This was our 3rd time staying at Rustic Inn because we love the location and how comfortable the cabins are. We also love the firepits and being able to sit and enjoy the evening.
−We understand that every stay can be different, but considering the cost of our 3 night stay, we had hoped for the same level of hospitality and experience we had come to appreciate. But this trip was disappointing. The shower was not at all hot enough! We had called maintenance to come and check it out and he told my husband it was working fine. It almost seemed like they may have turned it down for whatever reason because the last 2 years it was perfectly fine but this time was get in and get out because it was getting cold. We also had to eat breakfast downstairs because it was so busy upstairs and there was no salt/pepper so we asked and was told there were no extra. Because it was our 3rd stay maybe our expectations were too high because the last 2 stays were so amazing. But it was enough of a disappointment that we will stay somewhere else next time.
