“Excellent service.”
+The staff's politeness and commitment to make our stay a pleasure. Thank you Karabu for your highly professional approach and support. To Precious, Daniel and Mr D for the food and driving us safely around. The staff is exceptionally were equipt for their jobs and need acknowledgement from the owners.
−No Air-conditioning and it was very hot during night and day. Propose that you install aircons.

+The room was excellent.
−Continual cell phone calls, rings and chatter from both other guests and staff spoilt the ambience of the dining area. Air on would have made it really good. The fan settings were not operating correctly.

“The place which hard to find :)”
+After when you could reach the accomodation the place is in the nature, there is a small pool and the place looks safe.
−It was hard to find the Campside in the bush and we lost several times. The guests are coming from the city on the main road and the GPS takes everyone down from the main road at the first possible option to the Campside which is at the Petrol Station. Please don't turn at the Petrol Station. You should go approximately 2 km farther and leave the road there. Unfortunately the accomodation didn't put Lodge signs on the main road. At least 1 sign needs at the Petrol station that go straight, dont turn and 1 sign where you have to turn (If I were the owner, I would do this). And the staff also didn't warn us that please dont turn at the Petrol Station. Other issue is the electricity. The Lodge run by solar, if the accomodation has to many guests the batteries go flat soon in the night and you can't use the roof fan in the heat and your food will be spoiled in the fridge. One night I ended up in a tent outside because the house was so hot and the power went off. The houses didnt cool down in the night. The staff are very kind but if you don't ask relevant information they dont tell you. Organising Safari trips by the accomodation is also hectic a bit. It is better if you secure your sp

“The bar and kitchen was totally understocked and the location was rather disappointing.”
+The room was clean and comfortable.
−The bar was completely understocked - they didn't have many beers and they have no rum, tequila or ice. They heated up all of the milk for breakfast so they offered us hot milk with our cereal. The photos on Booking definitely make the place look nicer than it is. The location is in the middle of nowhere and certainly didn't compare to other spots we stayed at at a similar price.

−Der var nogle trapper med høje trin, en køre rampe vil være godt op til spise stedet, til klapvognen.

+Avec mon amie nous avons passé 6 nuits dans une tente, elle était très confortable et le rapport qualité prix est super. Les 3 filles à l’accueil ont été géniales !! Elles nous ont beaucoup aidé pour plein de choses. Nous avons passé une super soirée avec elles lors de la journée de l’indépendance Petit plus, il y a un zèbre de compagnie

+Custo-benefício muito bom. Equipe muito atenciosa e educada. Grande área comum com muita natureza. Refeições não incluídas são acessíveis e de boa qualidade (reservar antes se possível). Ajudam a programar os passeios.
−Água do chuveiro muito fraca. Localização distante, necessita de carro para deslocamento, mas acho que todos os lugares em Maun são assim. Internet WIFI da sede boa, do camping fraca (4g pegava quase sempre).
