“Perfect remote location but without hot water and help from the staff”
+Location
−No hot water. Impossible to reach out the personnel. They left the phone number but didn’t respond. I asked about hot water. One man responded one time that he would check it in 5 minutes but hot water didn’t come and then he didn’t respond anymore neither at night nor in the morning. Then we checked the reviews on google and he everybody wrote about same problems.

“Take this booking only if you have too. It's not worth a rating .....yet.”
+Not much, this historic building may have been great and fun as a riding lodge 30 yrs ago. It's been let go, to say the least. It had two people who are not aware of the industry at all. I believe this could be a rustic getaway and wonderful historic lodge if the management or owner. The beds were great though.

+Beautiful view of the mountains.
−-Smelt weird throughout the lodge, like gas. -No electricity besides when the generator was turned on, which was not often seemingly. Were offered hot showers in one of the private cabins instead. Super, super disappointing overall. Electricity to charge phones, use lamps etc is usually a given in accommodation. It appeared as though the generator being turned off most of the day was the norm here. -Bathrooms did not appear clean and couldn't be seen properly at night as no electricity and just one tiny little battery candle. Shared bathrooms were not advertised clearly when booking. -Bed set up was different to what was booked. -So many mozzies, in the room also. Was offered mosquito spray. -Honestly could not wait to get out of there.

−Things to note ahead of booking: - there is no hot water - the property’s electricity is supplied by a generator which runs from around 18:00 to well into the night and can be heard from the bedrooms - access to the property is via forestry road so prepare for a slow bumpy ride and pack supplies

“Very rustic with potential but inadequate facilities”
+Amazing views from the veranda on to the mountains. The setting is very original with a lot of potential.
−There was strange smell in the house, maybe from the generator? The generator wasn’t on in the morning so we couldn’t make any tea or coffee. There are some cabins which are more expensive but much nicer. There was no hot water so we could shower in one of the cabins.

−This is just an old house in the middle of nowhere, hidden in the forest. Don't expect to see anyone around , just a young lady in leggings feeding a wood stove. The room had nothing but a bed. The shared toilets and bathrooms weren't cleaned. Electricity came from a generator, which was switched off. I left at 8:30 , the "host" was apparently still asleep, no one was around, and nothing worked: no hot water, no electricity, no internet.

−All’arrivo nessuno ci ha accolto per spiegarci come funzionava tutto, premetto che si tratta di un lodge nel bosco con minimi servizi e una doccia sola con acqua calda esterna alla struttura che non ci è nemmeno stata indicata dalla padrona. Tra bagni nella struttura, quello degli uomini fuori servizio 3 l’altro bagno per entrambi i sessi mezzo intasato senza possibilità di scaricare. No acqua calda, nella nostra stanza non c’era la luce. La struttura è priva di riscaldamento

“Familiäre Unterkunft mit großartigem Ausblick”
+Ausblick auf Bergpanorama, Personal ist super freundlich, in der früh wird Kaffee kostenlos bereitgestellt, sehr schönes rustikales Gebäude
−Betten sind schon etwas durchgelegen. Strom wird mittels Generator erzeugt, den man vom Zimmer aus hört. Anfahrt ist nur über einen 14 km langen Schotterweg möglich. Die negativen Punkte werden durch die Lage und den super freundlichen Besitzer wettgemacht.
