“Was very comfortable”
+The only problem with property is no lift so u have to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs. No staff help
−Was lovely and clean

“Good value, good location - I shall be back!”
−I meant to telephone after because I think that (a) the extractor fan in the bathroom seemed to be on permanently (both unnecessary and expensive) and (b) the double doors onto the balcony are ill-fitting ie there seems to be an obvious gap down the centre - not good for when it gets colder...

“Perfect location for a London trip”
+These are the things we liked the most: - 2mins walk to Earls Court underground station - Restaurants/pubs, fast food chains, shops, pharmacy, and grocery stores are just 2-5mins away from the hotel - We felt safe in the area even when walking at night - Quadruple room is spacious and had enough room to move even with our luggages open - Clean room and bathroom - 24hrs reception and staff is polite.
−Nothing in particular

“Great location, but too many stairs for me!”
+Very clean room and bathroom. Helpful staff, Great location, close to Earl's court tube station.
−Lots of stairs to our room on the 3rd floor because there's no lift. Only paper cups supplied for tea or coffee, (although the little packets of biscuits were nice). Our room was a bit cramped with a double bed in it. We had stayed there before and had a larger room

“Would happily stay again, a nice surprise”
+Not far from the station, very clean and smart. Really liked that the room had kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board in it. Comfortable and quiet, felt cosy.
−Not knowing how to get normal tv working, or it probs wasn't and didn't know how to get anything working on it but it was late, so didn't want to ask reception.

“Handy location in West London and the room was modern and clean.”
+Its location near the tube station was very convenient. The twin beds were very comfortable.
−There was no lift up to the third floor and we had heavy suitcases. The water in the shower fluctuated wildly from very hot to very cold .

“Posizione ottima, appartemento ok”
+Posizione comoda, quartiere tranquillo, sicuro e fornito.
