“Friendly stay with good location”
+It has a excellent location, 5 min walk to Plaza de Armas. Personal Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Big room and hot water.
−The bed sheets were not completely clean.

“The accommodation was satisfactory but some may find the incessant traffic noice distracting.”
+The breakfast room is located on an upper floor terrace with views of the city and mountains beyond.
−The TV reception and internet was poor. Traffic very noisy with honking of horns, braking and load speakers on public buses every minute or so.

“I enjoyed my stay at Runca Arequipa!”
+I liked that the room had an electric teapot. I was able to boil water to fill my water bottle. I prefer this to buying so many plastic bottles. The location is great with a couple coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the square too.
−The breakfast left a bit to be desired. Need more choices.

“Lovely guesthouse!”
+Loved the vibe, the breakfast was in the sunny winter garden with volcano view, and the breakfast was very lovely too. Could easily walk everywhere from there and the room had a kettle and fridge too, which came in handy.
−Bathroom bit old, i think the pipes or the shower had need replacement, but was fine. The only really annoying thing was they don’t give you the key to the gate, so sometimes i waited a bit till someone opened it, but never long.

“The staff was helpful and our questions were soreted out.”
+The building is alright and the room was spacious and fine. All in all, the location and the cost of the room was fine and we accepted the short comings without problem.
−However, unfortunately there was water on the bathroom floor and no safe in the room.

“Good”
+The room was comfortable and the staff were fantastic. It's on a busy street and a bit noisy with traffic until late. The bed was comfortable but the room was very cold and the shower had very low water pressure and the water never got hot just warm.
