+The host is super nice and welcoming, room is clean and great value for money. the common area is very spacious,where you can cook and have meals, as well as cuddle on the couch. they have a fireplace, warm and cozy.
−The blankets are too heavy, I'm sensitive to cold, so i used two layers of blankets, they kept waking me up at night，but good for the warmth.

“Nice and cozy hostal, good facilities and equipped kitchen. Great staff.”
+I loved the kitchen, and overall the place was really comfy and nice. At night a salamander stove was turned on to heat up the place, and gave extra cozy vibes to the entire house. The staff was really attentive.
−The room could have a few hangers for your clothes, especially important for rainy days.

“Clean and comfortable”
+Good communal areas for eating and relaxing and chatting to other guests. It was clean and comfortable. Room was a little small but OK for a short stay and beds comfortable. Kitchen facilities were reasonable with gas oven, hob and microwave and plenty of crockery, cutlery. Host was helpful and responsive to questions and will come to the hostal as necessary. Laundry service for additional cost of CLP10000 was a great help. You can leave luggage there after checking out with use of the room/kitchen for extra CLP10000 although we didn’t do this as opted for cheaper luggage storage elsewhere.
−A simple sign outside would help people navigate there more easily. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower when we were there, although host did say he would get it fixed, so maybe a temporary problem. The walls are quite thin so noise travels a lot between the rooms. A few more instructions on arrival or on printed sheets would be helpful as the host is not there all the time (such as how the cupboard/fridge storage works - numbered but the rooms had no number)We worked things out but it could have been a bit clearer. It was easy for us as the hostal was quiet but if full I’m not sure if the kitchen facilities would be enough for everyone.

“Agregar Calefactores en temporada baja”
+El lugar era nuevo y muy limpio y centrico
−Que no habia television en las habitaciones, y la television que habia en el espacio comun no funcionaba, Y LO QUE SI O SI DEBEN MEJORAR es tener calefactores en las habitaciones, a mi me pasaron un calefactor electrico que solo le funcionaba un tuvo, deben prepararse mejor con calefaccion para las piezas en temporada baja

+A localização é ótima, tem vista para o vulcão, lenha pra deixar o fogão sempre aceso. Ambiente muito acolhedor, os anfitriões são muito atenciosos. A estadia foi super tranquila, recomendamos muito!
−A cozinha poderia estar um pouco mais limpa, no sentido de estar precisando de uma limpeza mais pesada. Também poderia ter um aquecedor no quarto.

“Eine Unterkunft mit Herz”
+Monica war so herzlich. In der ersten Nacht war es sehr kalt, weil auch kaum andere Gäste da waren. Am anderen Tag bekamen wir extra eine kleine elektrische Heizung und eine extra Decke und sie kümmerte sich so gut um uns.
−Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge wären ein Föhn und vielleicht einen Topf und ein Nudelsieb mehr in der Küche. Sonst war es sehr gemütlich am Ofen.
