+Simple and spacious, rather modern room, very minimalistic. Very nice and responsive host. Location is fine, definitely very walkable to all major tourist attractions in Lecce. Easy and free street parking right in front of the property. Overall good value or money.
−Too minimalistic: no drinking water is provided, there's a vending machine in the common area. A water kettle is provided in the guest room, however you will have to figure out how you want to drink your hot tea should you choose to do so, as there's no mug, no cup of any kind, no glasses provided. There are some single use plastic cups found in the common area. No tea or coffee provided either. That was a first time ever for us. Maybe this is not a thing here in this part of Italy?! It would have been nice for the host to install a decent coffee machine in the common room.

“Good location for Lecce old town especially as we were travelling by car and could park opposite. Clean and secure prope”
+Good location for accessing the old town, just a 10 minute walk. Clean, secure and convenient if you need to park a car on the street.
−Bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Kettle in room but no cups to make yourself a drink. Additional pillows available would have been useful.

+Very clean. Good location for everything. Not too far to walk to various places. Great communication from manager. Excellent value for money. You won't find better in Lecce for the price. Loved the private terrace too. There's a vending machine too in the common room. I liked that facility. Reasonable prices too for everything in it. Clean bathroom. Liked the shower gel. Thank you too for a very easy late check-in.
−No cups or glasses in room. The manager very kindly supplied me with one the next day though. There's a kettle though. Advise to bring your own or request in advance (and bring your own tea and coffee too.... which I did). This is a minor point though. No bottles of water provided either but are available to purchase in vending machine in common area. Very happy with my stay and would gladly stay here again when I'm next in Lecce. Very happy though with the excellent accommodation and highly recommend it.

“Good location. Poor bedding and AC.”
+Location is great with free parking in the street. Rooms very clean, friendly mr Francesco.
−The bed was noisy, the mattress and pillow poor quality. Unfortunately when it’s hot, the AC isn’t powerful enough to cool the room. As you leave the room, the power is cut off and when you return, the room is hot An’s will stay hot for hours…
