“Ruby Nusa Dua is amazing”
+Such amazing ammenities and such an amazing location, I can’t fault this place. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back, everything about the accomodation is perfect, especially with young kids.

“almost everything was good, we liked staying in this place, i would love to come back”
+Location is very good, transfer to the beach which is 5-10 minutes away, beach is beautiful, good facilities, property is clean and cosy, apt is beautiful, good view on the pool, there is gym, pool, spa, cafe at the territory, we liked that
−In apt block like ours we had only 1 time per week cleaning (usually it’s 2 times but due to our check in day, it was only one time) and also there was no hot water in master bathroom shower

+Apartments were spacious
−Offered 30% Accor discount on already inflated price breakfast (IDR290,000 or $A23 per person), then when we went to pay, were told we didn’t have the right level of membership. Deceptive behaviour and staff given no ability to resolve.

+The facility was well maintaind, we wanted a nice place for the holiday you can not get out of the hotel. room is huge and clean and . Pool is amazing and it is a walking distance to beach (although you have a shuttle). We came to surf and you can walk to the beach and surf (although paddlint to one of the points was far but still worth it)
−Aircondition was not strong enough but was fixed after a few visits. We booked late and were told to come at 1500 but had to wait eventually .

+Location and facilities are excellent. Apartment is huge with lots of space plus use all Novotel facilities and activities. Our flight was in the evening and the host let us stay for long and check out at 3pm or whenever we wanted which was really nice and appreciated.
−Just the AC in the secondary bedroom doesn't work as well, might need to be looked at.

“Great appartment for a relaxing holiday.”
+The apartment is nice and comfortable. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The space is great for a family. Beautiful view from the balcones. We will definitely comeback.
−Few things are in need of maintenance ( shower, main bed mattress) We understand Bali is a very humid place and it’s challenging to keep spaces free of mould ( housekeeping may pay careful consideration to decor in kitchen cover in mould, glass table with mould, blinders cover in dust, pillows with mould smell).

“Absolutelt loved it”
+The photos dont do this villa justice. The rooms are large especially the living area and main ensuite. Both balconies overlook the pool and restaurant area. As for service it is excellent i didnt realise that it is actually located in the novotel nusa dua resort. Usually when i book accomodation it doesnt quite live up to expectation but this apartment surpassed it. Plenty of room for a family of 4, i would not hesitate to stay here again.
−There are lots of fairly tame squirrels that like to visit you on the balcony and they are as cute as. My only negative experience and this is being very pedantic was that one very inquisitive one bit me on the toe lol. This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family.
