“Excellent location + new, modern, clean, spacious apartment”
+- VERY good location: nearby bus station (5 mins walk), town centre (10 mins walk ), Nea Chora beach (10-15mins walk), feeling safe to walk during the day and at late night - apartment: new, spacious, modern, clean (cleaning service available for free) - welcome gift: sweets, fruits & red wine provided were excellent & nice gesture - communication, information provided before arrival, at check-in and check-out was smooth, straightforward; receptionists very friendly, helpful; luggage storage available - shops, supermarket/-s nearby (Red Jane Bakery nearby - fantastic!) - at the moment there is a construction work going on in front of 1 side of the building but it is NOT the fault of this apartment building. It won't be there forever. We had no issues with it. Workers were not always there, anyway. - aircon was working - there also were curtain nets, blackout curtains, insect nets and electric outside blinds. Love it! 1 insect net was broken. I told them and they repaired it straightaway. - everywhere were instructions written in Greek and English. Excellent. - we will stay there again
−nothing. pretty much all fine. maybe just a suggestion: a box of paper tissue would be handy; put a bigger tea towel in the kitchen or 2 tea towels. And a bit more kitchen utensils, pots, a big jug.

+Modern building with three rooms per floor. The rooms are clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The building is on a quiet street yet a short walk to the center of town, to the old Venetian harbor and the many restaurants and shops. Ample parking on site as well.

+The free parking was great. We were there in October and always found a space for our car. Rooms were big with separate sleeping areas and a nice bathroom. We were able to check in a few hours early with no extra charge.

+An amazing stay - I couldn’t have asked for better! Honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, and I absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect, from the room to the location and, most importantly, the lovely people working there. The location is fantastic. Everything is close by: the city centre, the old town, restaurants, bus stops and even supermarkets. We could easily get around and enjoy Chania without any hassle. Having a kitchen in the accommodation was also a huge bonus, as we could cook our own meals whenever we wanted instead of always eating out. What I loved most was that, despite being so close to everything, the hotel was peaceful. We could enjoy the city during the day and come back somewhere quiet and relaxing without all the noise and hustle and bustle of the centre. Honestly, the location couldn’t have been better! The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern and very comfortable. It looked even better than expected, and everything was spotless. +La habitación, la.zona de estar y la terraza, con mosquiteras incluidas en el acceso. Había de todo en el baño y en el salón cocina. El dormitorio muy cómodo.
