“Best hotel staff in Istanbul”
+Gem and Aisha were simply exceptional. They made us feel very welcomed from the minute we arrived, and went far beyond and above any expectations. We had an early flight into Istanbul and Gem and Aisha gave us breakfast and let us check-in at 10:30 AM. Then my wife got sick in the stomach and they made us dinner. It was like staying with family!!! I’ll always come back to this hotel. It is also very well located, close to everything, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, loads of restaurants, the sea. But best of all were Gen and Aisha.
−Nothing. Everything was great.

“Cozy place to stay”
+The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. Right in the heart of all the action in the old city. The staff was kind and courteous.
−The patio was not as pictured in the photos so I didn't get the chance to sit outside. They were a bit run down but still facing away from the main street so more quiet. We were out exploring during our stay anyway so it didn't affect our experience, just felt worth mentioning. Otherwise, everything was comfy and served as a nice accommodation while exploring Istanbul.

+Super emplacement, chambre assez grande, propre, personnel agréable.
−Petit déjeuner répétitif, la même chose tous les jours, très peu de choix Un grand bémol sur la literie, le matelas beaucoup trop mou.
