“I will stay here again when coming to Penang next time”
+1. The location is really good, near the pier and less than 10 mins' walk to the ferry station. 2. The staff there is kind and helpful, especially the guards. 3. The room is very spacious. That is nice.
−1. The pillowcases are unclean. There are some residual stains that haven't been cleaned off. 2. The breakfast is general. I won't say it is not good, but it can be improved a bit.
