10.0“A beautiful cozy place with a great pub in a small quite curated village.”
+Beautiful place in a very quite and organized scenic village in the english countryside. Room was spacious and bathroom was great. Stuff very friendly and the pub was great too. A quiet village to stroll around and use as a base to explore the Cotswolds area as well.
−Everything was great.

9.0“Good experience”
+This is a cozy and traditional pub, delicious foods and good quality drinks. Clean room, bedsheets and bathroom. Very friendly and polite staff
−There was a repair at the hotel, The sound has started at 7.30am. We had to got up really early. This place is in the middle of the nowhere, if you think we can look around before go to the bed or we can eat something to the other pub, there is nothing. The nearest town is Witney, you have to go there.

9.0“Fan-tastic little pub, shame about the fan problem.”
+Welcoming, hospitable staff who gave assistance with luggage. Cosy room and very comfortable bed. The welcome drink of a small Carafe of Port on arrival was lovely, the village was quiet.
−The over-enthusiastic fan in the bathroom, which worked on the slightest of motion. Management were aware of the problem and seeking to address it, For our second night it was disabled allowing us to have an undisturbed sleep. No toast other than brioche available at breakfast.

10.0“A perfect blend of traditional pub charm, superb dining, and comfortable accommodation”
+The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The restaurant has been thoughtfully designed and serves as a fantastic extension of the traditional pub. The Sunday roast was excellent, and the wine selection was equally impressive. A good range of beers and ales was also on offer. Breakfast was superb. Our attic room was lovely. The steep stairs and low beams are simply part of the charm of staying in such a characterful old building and certainly wouldn't put me off returning. The large bathroom, complete with a separate bath and shower, was a real highlight, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. The location is wonderfully tranquil, close to local amenities yet tucked away from the busier tourist areas, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind.

6.0“A bit disappointed and had to eat out on the second night. Wasn't the anniversary celebration we e”
+Pub itself was quaint, two lads in the bar friendly, atmospheric. The breakfast was very good.
−Woken up at 7.15 on the Tuesday morning by the builders right beneath our window, sawing and hammering. We were not notified of the building work going on. The evening meal in the restaurant was overpriced for what it was. Tried to be fancy with foams and garnishes but couldn't even offer us any kind of potato other than chips! Small portion, especially the venison and the duck was tough. Room was OK but very small. A bit disappointed

−Be prepared for a steep and twisty climb if you book the Attic Room! It's worth it when you get there.

9.0“A cosy place away from the crowds but not too far from touristy places to visit.”
+It’s a well presented cosy place that is extremely welcoming
−The room was a little on the small size but it didn’t detract from the enjoyment.
