“Nice view”
+The view from the property is great, I loved the outside seating and the nature surrounding. The room was small but all you need to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the shower wws warm. The dinner was good and also breakfast. There is also ample parking. The trail to walk to town was nice, it also had some markers so you know you are going the right way.. It was like a 20 min walk to town.

“Cozy retreat at Theth with amazing hosts”
+Great infrastructure, beautiful bedrooms and common spaces, very cozy for the beginning of the cold weather. The staff is welcoming and generous. Loved the honey at the breakfast. The sunrise and sunsets through the windows were surreal

“Small hotel with limited service's”
+The location is excellent, with a wonderful mountain view and surrounded by green nature Reception at the restaurant: The reception was good, and the person in charge was very helpful. An extra room which was reserved by mistake was easily canceled, and we were given our eight rooms quickly - thank you, Mr. Kisman.
−The rooms and bathrooms are very small and lack any amenities. There's only one lightbulb in the room, making it dark and gloomy, and the staircase leading to the upper rooms is very narrow and tiring for anyone with luggage There are several negatives at the restaurant, both in terms of the limited breakfast selection and the attitude of the staff member responsible for breakfast. On October 5th, the tea and milk were served almost cold

+Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful views all around
−Pillows could have been a bit comfier. Unfortunately there were other guests that were extremely loud late into the night and early morning. Small damper on our stay; however not Royal Lands fault whatsoever!

“Schöner Aufenthalt in den Bergen”
+Sehr schöne Lage mitten in den Bergen, nette Besitzer die auch gerne Tipps gaben, gemütliches Restaurant mit leckerem Essen.
−Zimmer war etwas eng (wir waren im oberen Stock mit Schrägen), Frühstücksauswahl auch nicht so berauschend und vor allem der Kaffee war ungenießbar.
